I have completed my B.Tech degree and planning to pursue M.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (IIT) BHu. Will you please tell what the Eligibility Criteria for admission in M.Tech degree also provide me list of departments in which course offered?

Eligibility Criteria for admisison:

B.Tech. or an equivalent degree in the respective branch of engineering.

Candidate who have passed an IIT B.Tech. Degree with a CGPA/CPI of 8.00 and above are exempted from the requirement of GATE qualification.

IIT BHU M.Tech Selection Procedure: On the basis of GATE OR a written test and a personal interview.
