The PMO is able to underwrite complex credit transactions with minimal oversight from the CPO.
It also approves credit transactions with some coaching from the CPO/CPM based on approval grid.
They monitor clients operating performance and financial condition to proactively identify issues and opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

A BS/BA degree
5+ years of solid experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management
Strong communication and analytical/ technical skills

Desired Skills:

Participate with CM or CPOs to negotiate Credit Agreements & loan documents, as needed.
Be knowledgeable of the closing process & timeline for all types of loans
Be familiar with the ABL field exam process, ordering, oversight of the exam
