Requirements / Qualifications

-Graduation in engineering

-3- 13 years experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM

-BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree

-Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

-Experience in developing, implementing and supporting CRM systems

-Team player and excellent communications


Responsibilities

-Perform system analysis of the existing CRM implementation and identify areas of improvement

-Customize CRM forms

-Write custom workflows and plugins

-Knowledge of MS CRM Architecture, plug-in and custom workflows

-Development experience on MS CRM platform (Customization, JavaScript, CRM Extensions, Custom Web Development )

-Knowledge of .Net Framework and OOPS

-Basic understanding of SQL Server (queries, SP, Triggers, UDF) and CRM reports

-CRM administration and documenting custom CRM processes
