Hi I would like to have information about the right to information act and the Structure of Public Information Officers as well as the CPIO at SBBJ?

The Government of India has instituted "Right to Information Act 2005" for subjects to secure access to data under the control of Public Authorities with a specific end goal to advance straightforwardness and responsibility in the working of any open power.

What Is Right to Information

The Structure of Public Information Officers

Central Public Information Officers (CPIO) assigned in the Bank


1. Branches arranged in Rajasthan other than area head quarters:

Head of Branch of sub area focuses where officer of SDO, Govt. of Rajasthan found will go about as CAPIO and controlling power of individual locales will go about as CPIO. The DGM of particular Zone will be the Appellate Authority.

2. Branches arranged in Rajasthan at locale head quarters ( aside from Branches headed by DGM) :

Head of fundamental Branch of locale head quarters will go about as CAPIO and controlling power of particular districts will go about as CPIO. The DGM of individual Zone will be the Appellate Authority.

3. Branches arranged outside Rajasthan (aside from metro Branches ):

Leader of the Branch and where more than one Branches are situated at a specific focus, Branch Manager of Main Branch will go about as CAPIO and Controlling Authority of particular Regions will go about as CPIO. The DGM of separate Zone will be the Appellate Authority.

4. Branches arranged at metro focuses ( with the exception of Branches headed by DGM):

Branch Manager of principle Branch of that specific territory will go about as CAPIO and Controlling Authority of separate districts will go about as CPIO. The DGM of individual Zone will be the Appellate Authority.

5. Branches headed by DGM under control of GM :

Officer alongside the Branch head will go about as CPIO and DGM of individual Branch will go about as Appellate Authority.

6. For IBD, KOLKATA, and T and I, Mumbai :

Officer by the HOD will go about as CPIO and particular DGM will go about as Appellate Authority.

7. At Head Office :

Asstt. General Manager of RTI office will go about as CPIO and GM (Risk Management, Credit Policy and Procedure) and Chief Risk Officer, H.O. Jaipur will go about as Appellate Authority

c) Appellate Authorities assigned in our Bank

The Appellate Authority for all the matters will be GM, I.T. and New Business at Head Office.
