i was getting problem in uploading my documents for background verification. some of the documents are not uploaded and submit the other documents . after submitting the documents then also i am receiving mail that my documents are pending. when i am clicking the link that showed me that i am not authorized to view that page. i want to know what i have to do and what is the status of my background verification. please guide me what and how to do . thank you
