Hello sir, I’m preparing for IBPS SO exam. I want to know that for SO post which process is followed by IBPS organisation for to select candidates. Can any one provide me here Selection Process Of IBPS Specialist Officer?

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Recruitment Process (CWE) for the recruitment of Specialist Officers in various cadres like IT, Agriculture, Law, Marketing, HR and Rashtrabhasha Adhikari etc in various Public Sector Banks.

IBPS SO Selection Procedure Steps Involved:

Online Registration
Online Examination
Interview
Provisional Allotment
Identity Verification
Final Allotment

Selection process is:

IBPS will conduct Common Recruitment Process in two stages:

Common Written Examination
Common Interview

Common Written Examination:

Examination will consists of Objective type questions printed in Bilingual format, except for English paper.

Total Marks for Common Written Examination is 200 marks and the time duration is 120 minutes.

There will be negative marking of 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question.

Interview:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for SO written exam will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by IBPS.

Interviews will be conducted at select centres.

The total marks allotted for Interview are 100.
