For PO you need to be a first class graduate, BTECH is not mandatory here but for IBPS Specialist Officer you need to be a first class BTECH grad or LLB for different streams in IBPS SO, the criteria differs like for IT officer, the criteria is BTECH in ECE/CS/IT

Exam pattern: in PO there are 5 sections
Quant/verbal/banking awareness/computer/reasoning

In SO paper varies from post to post like for IT officer the sections are quant/reasoning/verbal/technical section.
