IPU CET MBA Exam Pattern

Hello sir I am here as I want to get the Exam Pattern of the IPU CET MBA Entrance Examination so will you please provide me that??

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts MBA Common Entrance Test (CET) to shortlist eligible candidates for granting admission to various MBA programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

For MBA
The candidates must possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Or
Must have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

For MBA (Information Technology)

The candidates should have a B.E./B. Tech or M.Sc. (CS), M. Sc. (IT), M.Sc. (Electronics) or MCA degree passed with minimum of 60% marks.


Exam Pattern

The exam will be held in pen-paper mode (OMR based). It will have a total of 150 objective type questions. The medium of the tests will be English only.

Each question shall carry 4 marks, making the total to be 600. For every incorrect answer marked by the candidates, 1 mark will be deducted


Syllabus

The syllabus for the test is as follow –

For MBA
-English Language & Comprehension- (30%)
-Numerical Ability- (30%)
-General Awareness- (10%)
-Reasoning ability including data interpretation- (30%)

For MBA (IT)
-English Language & Comprehension
-Numerical Ability & Mathematics
-Logical Reasoning & Data interpretation
-Computer Science

Exam Date of CET MBA-IT Test (Code – 116) 16 April 2016 (02.00 to 04.30 PM)
Declaration of Result (MBA-IT) 3 May 2016
Exam Date of CET MBA Test (Code – 101) 8 May 2016 (10.30 to 01.30 PM)
Declaration of Result (MBA) 24 May 201
