Desired Candidate Profile:
-Graduate from accredited institution

-Must have exposure in capacity planning and volume forecasting in prior role.

-Has to have done capacity planning and volume forecasting for inbound and back office channels. Exposure to other channels i.e. Outbound, Email/Chat and blended process will be preferred.

-In Depth understanding of WFM concepts, and different methodologies

-Strong understanding of statistical concepts and display of analytical bent

-Strong working knowledge of workforce tool

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Hands on experience on ASPECT eWFM/Verint Blue Pumpkin/IEX or any other WFM Tool.


Job Description:

-Volume Forecasting , capacity planning exposure through work force tool/excel

-Liaising with forecasting/Real time team.

-Liaising with onsite client and attending client meeting.

-Proactively taking required steps to ensure volume accuracy is met

-Creating Different Schedules like Fixed, Flex and Part Time.

-Can create shift bid and accommodate offline activities and leave request as per the schedule and requirement
