Entrance Exam for MDI Gurgaon

Sir I want to apply for the Management Development Institute Gurgaon part time PGDM Entrance Exam so please can you provide me the eligibility & date of entrance exam and also tell me from where I can get the application form?

To be eligible for part time PGDM program the candidate should have done 3-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE

Application form can be obtained from Room No.4 Gurukula Building on MDI Campus and MDI Registered Office, 15th Floor, IFCI Tower, 61, Nehru Place, New Delhi -110019.
The candidates may also apply online on to the official website of MDI.

Here are some important dates for the entrance exam.
The application forms will be available from: 27th Dec, 2012 to 27th Jan, 2012
Last date for submitting the application form: 27th Jan, 2012
Entrance exam: 12th Feb., 2012
