Have we ever given heed to the kind of democracy we have in India and under what conditions it had been established? It is impossible to define Indian democracy as liberal, participatory or deliberative, because it is a blend all of these at the same time. Indian state has a deep commitment to democratic system and values as democracy provides impulse towards change that we have got India has been regarded as the largest functioning democracy in the world and has made itself felt strongly in the global economic arena as well. There are both faces available for democracy in India so it is good as per me although having some lop holes as well but nevertheless it is good as we can see the development and progress of the country because of democracy and still the progress is going on on rapid level government officers are doing work on there level although you every coin has its two faces and our democracy is also having two faces one is good and second one is bad as we know corruption and scams and scandals as well by politicians but no problem we should always look to the positive aspects of your democracy List of the political parties are given below in India Bharatiya Janata Party Bahujan Samaj Party Communist Party of India Communist Party of India (Marxist) Indian National Congress Nationalist Congress Party Aam Aadmi Party AAP Delhi Arunachal Pradesh Arunachal Congress AC Tamil Nadu All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam AIADMK Assam Asom Gana Parishad AGP West Bengal All India Forward Bloc AIFB West Bengal All India Trinamool Congress AITC Assam Assam United Democratic Front AUDF Odisha Biju Janata Dal BJD Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam DMK Haryana Indian National Lok Dal INLD Karnataka and Kerala Janata Dal (Secular) JD(S) Bihar and Jharkhand Janata Dal (United) JD(U) Jammu and Kashmir Jammu & Kashmir National Conference JKN Jammu and Kashmir Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party JKNPP Jammu and Kashmir Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party JKPDP Jharkhand Jharkhand Mukti Morcha JMM Kerala Kerala Congress KEC Kerala Kerala Congress (M) KEC(M) Bihar Lok Jan Shakti Party LJP Goa Maharashtrawadi Gomantak MAG Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam MDMK Manipur Manipur Peoples Party MPP Kerala Muslim League Kerala State Committee MUL Nagaland and Manipur Nagaland Peoples Front NPF Tamil Nadu Pattali Makkal Katchi PMK Bihar Rashtriya Janata Dal RJD West Bengal Revolutionary Socialist Party RSP Haryana Shiromani Akali Dal SAD Sikkim Sikkim Democratic Front SDF Goa United Goans Democratic Party UGDP Maharashtra Shivsena SHS Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Party SP Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam TDP Andhra Pradesh Telangana Rashtra Samithi TRS Meghalaya United Democratic Party UDP Uttarakhand Himalayas Uttarakhand Kranti Dal UKKD
