The ONGC or Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited is a multinational oil and gas company. Headquarter of ONGC is in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

This ONGC Corporation was established in 14 August 1956 by Government of India. It is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India. It is India's largest oil and gas exploration and production company.

ONGC was formulated its perspective plan - 2030 envisaging that the oil and gas production of OVL would increase from the current level of 8.75 million metric tonnes of oil equivalent (mmtoe) to 20 mmtoe by 2018 and 60 mmtoe by 2030.
