A newly recruited IBPS Probationary Officer in any bank under IBPS is placed in Scale-I salary of Rs
Rs. 14500 – (600 x 7) 18700 – (700 x 2) - 20100 (800 x 7) - 25700

In this Scale I, salary of newly recruited Probationary Officer, Basic Pay is Rs. 14500.

They are given annual increments of Rs. 600 for 7 years till their basic pay reach 18700.
