I want to apply for Chhattisgarh Pre Medical Test (CG PMT) exam so can you please tell me the last date of online application form of this exam?

Chhattisgarh Pre-Medical Test CG PMT is a state level examination conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur on the behalf of Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government, aided and private Institutions in Chhattisgarh.

The Last Date to fill Online Application form of Chhattisgarh Pre-Medical Test CG PMT exam will be in the first week of May 2016

Last Date to fill Online Application form – first week of May 2016
Last Date for Online Payment – first week of May 2016
Last Date for Payment through Bank Challan – second week of May 2016
Date of Examination – second week of June 2016
Display of provisional allotment list on official website – 4th week of June 2016
Claims, objection & solution – 4th week of June 2016
Display of final allotment list on official website – 4th week of June 2016
Reporting to the allotted institute and online reporting of admission – July 2016

Eligibility

12th examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks

The candidates should have physics, chemistry and biology in 12th standard.

The candidates should have completed the minimum age of 17 years and not exceed the age of 25 year

The candidates must have a domicile of Chhattisgarh state.

The candidate must be an Indian citizen only.
