The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) Limited is a government-owned corporation in India. It was founded in 1970.

Deposits made under HUDCO Public Deposit Scheme having a minimum Lock in Period of 5 years will qualify for a deduction from gross.

Additional rate of 0.25% for HUDCO Regular Plus/ Multiplier Plus Schemes.

Eligibility:

Senior Citizen of 60 years and above age can apply for this scheme.
