I have scored 62% CGPA in 10th and 68% CGPA 12th class so tell me that I am eligible for UPSC Exams and Government Jobs or not?

You are eligible for UPSC Exams and Government Jobs because for UPSC exam you need to complete graduation and for Government Jobs you must have required qualification but in UPSC Exam and in many government jobs marks do not matter and if the marks will matter then you have sufficient marks so you are eligible for both. Eligibility for UPSC: Nationality: Candidate should be citizens of India for the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service. Age limit: Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 32 years Educational qualification: Degree from any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament Number of attempts: The candidates can apply to a maximum of six times. Nine times for OBC category Restriction on the number of attempts will not apply in case of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe candidates.

Union Public Service Commission or UPSC conducts Civil Services Examination for various services and posts. Eligibility required for it is as follows: Nationality: The candidates must be a citizen of India for the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service. Age limit: The candidates should be minimum 21 years and maximum 32. (For SC/ ST category, the upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years. For OBC candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable up to 3 years). Ex-servicemen including Commissioned officers and ECOs/SSCOs who have minimum 5 years Military Service and are released (i) on close of assignment otherwise than by way of the sack or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency, or (ii) on account of physical disability attributable to Military Service, or (iii) on invalidment: upto a maximum of 5 years. Blind, deaf-mute and Orthopaedically handicapped persons: upto a maximum of 10 years. Educational qualification: The candidates should possess a degree of any of the recognized universities in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification. Number of attempts: The candidates can apply to a maximum of 6 times. For OBC category it is total of 9 times. This restriction on the number of attempts is not apply in case of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe candidates.
