To apply for Internship in NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation) after completing B.Tech in EEE follow the below given steps:

Procedure to get Training
Preferably above 65% in Graduation or B Tech
Contact the HR department Head of NTPC for the training.

Eligibility Criteria:
Should be citizen of India
Candidate must have completed or appearing in B. Tech/BE 3rd year exam.
Candidates should have age between 21-30 years.
There is also a age relaxation criteria for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) reserved categories.
10 years relaxation in case of physical handicapped
5 year relaxation in case of Ex servicemen
At least 65% marks in university semester exams at respective college.

Off campus Recruitment: Following procedure is followed for off campus recruitment:

Company places an advertisement in the newspapers and on their website.

Applicants need to fill the application form online

The fee for the program is Rs. 500 which is to be paid at any SBI branch.

SC/STs are exempted from paying the fee.

Once application of the candidate is validated by the company, admit cards are sent on email IDs of the applicants

Entrance exam is of 2 hours, which is then followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

List of selected candidates is released on NTPC website.

Now as NTPC is government company so getting summer training in a company such as NTPC is not as easy as possible.

NTPC company which has been selection the students by two ways :

Through the GATE entrance exam score and interview conducted by own company
Through the entrance exam has been conducted by NTPC Company

On the based of the GATE entrance exam score you have to call for the technical interview in Company.

Eligibility for the NTPC:

Educational Qualification:
1. you should be passed the bachelor degree in engineering with atleast 65% ,marks from any recognized university,
2,. age must be below the 32 years.
3. Indian citizen.
4. good technical knowledge .
