Will you please tell me the procedure that how ICSE 10th board marks are calculated for percentage????

Here I am giving you the procedure to calculate percentage from ICSE 10th board marks

-Take top 5 subject in which you have scored well including english.
-Total it, divide by 500 then multiply by 100.

All the subjects are considered. English 1 and English 2 is considered as one subject. Physics Chem and biology is also taken as 1 subject.(average is taken)

English 100
Maths 80 +20 internal
Science 60+ 20 MCQ+20 practicals
Social Sc 100
Language 100
Total 500 Marks

As you are asking for ICSE 10th Board Marks Are Calculated For Percentage , so here I am telling procedure for calculating 10th I.C.SE. board examination percentage are as follows :

Example of Percentage Calculation in ICSE Board

Suppose following are your marks in different subjects

English- 90
Hindi- 80
Math 95
Science 89
Social Studies -93
Third Language (6th subject)- 99
Total Marks- 546/600

However since marks in Hindi are lowest, while calculating percentage, we will not include it. So your total marks are

Total Marks 466/500

Actual ICSE Percentage 93.2%

ICSE results are taken from best five of six subjects out of which English marks is compulsory.
