Yes you can join Indian Army after passing 12th standard with 75% through National Defence Academy (NDA) Entrance Exam

As minimum eligibility required to Join Indian Army through NDA is that one must have passed 12th Class in 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University

Educational Qualifications for NDA --

For Army wing of National Defence Academy :-
Must have passed 12th Class in 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :-
Must have passed 12th Class in 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University

Other Eligibility for NDA Entrance Exam
-You must either be :
a citizen of India, or
a subject of Bhutan, or
a subject of Nepal, or
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
-You must be an unmarried male and have attained the age of 16 1/2 years and must not have attained the age 19 years

10+2 Technical Entry Army:

Service:

Indian Army – Technical Branches – Entry as officers in Signal / Engineering / EME. Cadets may be given other arms if sufficient vacancy is not available in the technical branch at the time of commissioning the cadets.

Type of Entry: 10+2 (PCM) Technical Entry Scheme for admission to the College of Military Engineering (CME) Pune.

Technical Entry Educational Qualification:

Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10 + 2 Pattern) or its equivalent from University / Board with minimum 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).

10+2 Tech Navy

The 10+2 Tech cadets get trained in Naval Academy. Though their entry is different from NDA (Naval Academy Cadets), they get trained together. They are integrated with the Naval Academy Cadets

The selection is based on the PCM percentage scored in class 12th and SSB performance only.

Students who have scored above 70% -75 % will generally get a call for SSB.
