RGIPT B TECH Admission

I want to know procedure of taking admission in BTECH in RAJIV GANDHI INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY because my younger brother wants to take admission in it for B TECH?

For the academic year 2012-2013 the admissions in The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology for B.Tech and other courses were open. The procedure of taking admission in RGIPT B.Tech was that the application form was to be filled online; the print out of this form was to be duly attached with demand draft of a thousand rupees. These enclosures were to be sent to the address given below. The last date for online submission of application was 29th June 2012. The admissions has been closed.

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology was established in the year 2007; it offers Bachelors Degree programs and Masters Degree programs, PG diploma courses and Doctoral programs in Petroleum Technology and Management.

BTech in Petroleum Reservoir and Production Engineering admissions:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have Minimum 60% in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) in Class 12 and the Selection will be based on Current year's IIT-JEE merits.

Fee Structure (per semester) 2014:
Tuition fee – Rs.50, 000/-
Other fee – Rs.7, 000/-
Hostel and Transportation Charges– As Applicable
One time fee – Rs.6, 000/- (Includes Rs. 4,000/- Refundable Security)
