PEC Chandigarh Procedure to get admitted in 2nd year

What is the procedure to get admitted in B.Tech 2nd year in Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh????

Punjab Engineering College (PEC) was earlier known as East Punjab Engineering College. The first courses that were taught in this engineering college were mechanical engg. and civil engg.

According to my knowledge PEC University of Technology does not allow direct or lateral admission in B.Tech 2nd Year. Still you can contact to the authorities of University for direct or lateral admission in B.Tech 2nd Year.

B.Tech 1st year admission detail:
-Must have passed in 10+2 from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks.
-Students must secure minimum 15% marks in JEE examination.
