-ICWAI offer a lucrative profession. Most of the MNC’s offer attractive perks to the candidates.
-A fresher with ICWAI qualification can bag in a salary in between Rs. 5,000 - Rs. 8,500.
-With the increase in experience and skills this will easily go up to Rs. 8,500 - Rs. 15,000 in a very short span of time.

Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India established by an act of Parliament in the year 1959 is the only professional body specialized in the field of Cost and Management Accounting in India.

Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) promotes, regulates, and develops the profession of Cost Accountancy in India.

The main job of a Cost Accountant is to collect, assimilate, and analyze financial information from all areas of the organization.

With the globalization of the economy, there is a high demand of cost and management professionals in the future

More professionals will be required with the good knowledge of cost accounting.

ICWAI passed candidates can hold top management positions such as Financial Controller, Cost Controller, Accountant, Finance Manager, and Chief Internal Auditor etc.

After having Certification of manufacturing account as per Customs Act and Certification under Export & Import Policy they can also start their own business in Consultancy assignments.
