Institute of Cost and Works Accountants is financal school in India. The institute holds the distinction of being one of the premier financial institutions in India.

The ICWA CMA exam conducted ICAI consists of three stages (Foundation / Intermediate/ Final).

The examination is held twice a year i.e. one in the month of June and another in December.

Eligibility for ICWA :
Foundation Course:-

a) Candidates must pass class 10 or equivalent exam

b) Candidates must pass Senior Secondary examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized board

c) Candidates awaiting their result can also apply for provisional admission.

Intermediate Course:-

a) Candidates must have passed 10+2 and Foundation Course / Graduation in any discipline other than Fine arts/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination and Competency Level Part II Examination of CAT of the Institute /.Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination of CAT of the Institute

b) Candidates Should have passed Foundation of ICSI/Intermediate of ICAI by whatever name called along with class 10+2.

Final Course:-

b) Candidates must have done Graduation in any discipline except Fine Arts or equivalent.
