Examination Fee:
The examination fee of Rs. 25000/- for Ph.D. full time shall be paid by the candidate prior to the submission of the thesis

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to Ph. D. (Full Time) programme with teaching assistantship should note that
Number of seats per department may change depending on the availability & suitability of the candidates

Candidates having M. Tech./ M.E. with qualified GATE score or equivalent national level exam shall receive teaching assistantship @ Rs. 18,000/- per month for 1st / 2nd year and Rs. 20,000/- for 3rd year / 4th year subject to satisfactory progress.

Teaching assistantship shall be offered subject to availability of funds under TEQIP II and for a maximum period of four years only.
Important Dates:
Date of notification - Friday, 01/11/2013
• Last date of submission of application - Wednesday, 04/12/2013
• Display of list of eligible candidates - Wednesday, 11/12/2013
• Written test for eligible candidates - Wednesday, 18/12/2013
• Interview for short listed candidates - 18/12/2013 & 19/12/2013
As you can see the dates are of 2013 and these dates can be taken as tentative for the year of 2014 as the dates have not been announced for the year of 2014
