I want to get admission in PhD in Indian Law Institute so for that I need to get the eligibility criteria and the fees structure so can you provide me that?

As you want to get the eligibility criteria and the fees structure to get admission in PhD in Indian Law Institute so here is the information of the same for you:

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed Masters Degree in Law from a recognized
University with 55% marks in the qualifying examination or a degree approved by Association of Indian Universities, or any other equivalent qualification to the satisfaction of Academic Council of the Institute, in the relevant filed, with not less than 55% marks in the aggregate

Teachers working in any University or its affiliated colleges and
having a teaching/research/other relevant experience of not less than 5 years, may be allowed a relaxation of 5% marks under clause 3(a)(i)

A member of the academic/non academic staff of the ILI who satisfies eligibility qualifications, may be considered for admission as a part-time student/candidate provided he/she has administrative approval of the Director of the Institute.
Fees Structure:
Fee payable at the time of Registration
(Rupees)

(i) Registration fee 10,000/-

(ii) University enrolment fee # 500/-

(iii) Security Deposit * 3,000/-

# One time payment at the time of admission (Non-refundable)
* One time payment at the time of admission (Refundable)

(B) Renewal of registration after one year 10,000/-
p.a.

(C) Fee payable at the time of submission
of thesis for conduct of viva-voce etc. 6,000/-

(D) Fee payable for Change of Topic of Ph.D. Thesis 1,500/

The Indian Law Institute Delhi is a premier legal research Institute established in 1956

It invites applications for admission to Ph.D. Law course

Eligibility:
Candidates must hold LL.M. Degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks is eligible to apply.

Fee Structure
Ph.D in Law Fee - Rs 30,000 p.a.,
University Enrolment Fee - Rs.2000/-;
Security Deposit - Rs.5000/-;
Total Fee payable at the admission - Rs.37,000/-

Admission Process:
The admission will be through a written test conducted by the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi

Candidates who have qualified for UGC NET/ JRF, SLET, and M.Phil are exempted from taking the admission test

All qualified candidates shall make a presentation before the Admission Committee on the proposed topic of research on a date notified by the Institute
