Yes after completing BCA course you can apply for Civil Services Aptitude test..
Civil Services Aptitude test is carried out by UPSC for the selection of eligible candidates in Indian Government Services.

Eligiblity :
You have to pass Graduation in any stream from any Central, State, Open or Deemed University

Age Requirements
Minimum age limit specified for this exam is 21 years where as maximum age limit is 30 years.
