How to join Indian army after passing B.E mechanical engineering from Andhra Pradesh colleges ?

To join Indian army you can apply for combined defense service examination organized by union public service commission two times in a year ..

Educational Qualification:
For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy: you must pass a Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

Age criteria
For IMA: 19 years to 24 years.
For Naval Academy: 19 years to 22 years.
For Air Force Academy: 19 years to 23 years.
For Officers Training Academy: 19 years to 25 years

Nationality: A candidate must be either
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan

Look as you are in the final year of engineering so you can go for the UES (University Entry Scheme).
It is a scheme of Indian army to higher student in their last year of engineering.

eligibility:
You must be in the final year of your graduation.
You should not have backlog at present.
Should be medically fit.

Your age should be between 19-24 years

Age limit
For Indian Military Academy the age is 19-23 years
For Air Force Academy – the age should be 19-22 years
For Naval Academy your age should be 19-22 years
For Officer's Training Academy age should be 19-25 years

Eligibility
B-TECH and BE both students are also eligible for this exam .
Students in the Final Year are also eligible for CDS exam.
No percentage marks criteria.
Applicants who have completed graduation are eligible for CDS exam but 12 standard subject must be Math and Physics.
