Required Qualification to Become a College Lecturer

I want to know about eligibility for National Eligibility Test (NET) organized by university grant commission ??

To become college lecturer you have to pass National eligibility test organized by university grant commission ..Here I am giving eligibility for National Eligibility Test (NET) organized by university grant commission

The UGC NET details are as given below:
UGC NET eligibility :
You have to pass master degree in respective branch with minimum 55% marks from a well recognized university .. no age limit for UGC NET lecturer ship examination .

Important Dates :
Last date for Applying Online & generation of filled Bank Challan for Fee. : Monday; May 05, 2014
Last date of submission of Fee through online generated Bank Challan, at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). : Wednesday; May 07, 2014
Last date of taking printout of Application Form, Attendance Slip and Admit Card from UGC website: Saturday; May 10, 2014
Test date : National Eligibility Test (NET) on 29th June 2014 (SUNDAY)
