As per your request here I am sharing the Syllabus of ONGC Graduate Trainee Exam

ONGC graduate trainee exam syllabus:

Paper I –

General awareness-
History,
Geography,
Life Science,
Economics,
political science and Current awareness.

Aptitude test :
Comprising of Reading Comprehension,
Verbal/ Non-verbal Reasoning,
Numerical Ability/ Quantitative Aptitude,
Data Interpretation etc.

Paper II –

Concerned subject

Exam Pattern:

ONGC conducts two papers to recruits on the graduate trainee post. There are objective and descriptive type questions for both papers.

Paper I -
-There are 50 questions from general knowledge in the first paper but the aspirants only required attempt the 40 questions.
-One mark will be consisting for each objective type question right answer.
-There are will be two descriptive type question also each question carrying on 5 marks for right answer.

Paper II –
-Paper second will be from aspirant specialization subject.
-There are total 100 marks defined for second paper.
-There are in second paper will be 75 question aspirants required to attempted only 60 questions.
-In the second paper 1.5 marks defined for each objective type question right answer and 5 - 5 marks for 2 descriptive type questions answer.
-The exam will be over on three hours duration.

ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited) has invited applications for recruitment to 842 posts of Class-I Executive (E-1 Level).

Selection process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the written test and interview.

Paper pattern:
Written test comprising of following sections:
General awareness and aptitude
Verbal/ non-verbal reasoning
Numerical ability/ quantitative aptitude

Duration: Three hours

Total questions: 150

Weight age:
Written test: 60 marks
Interview: 15 marks
Qualification: 25 marks

Total 100 marks


ONGC Graduate Trainee Exam syllabus:
