The seats in various professional colleges in Karnataka state have been in the first place. The Availability of seats is divided as free and payment seats. It is further divided in management and State Government. The payment seats are further sub-divided into Karnataka quota and Non-Karnataka quota. 83,489 seats are available in Karnataka for engineering courses.

KCET Seat Matrix 2020 represents the lump sum number of seats offered by all the participating colleges for a particular course and category. KEA, the admission authority of the entrance exam will start the KCET 2020 Seat Allotment procedure from June 21, 2020 (Tentative) onwards. Seat Allotment is the last step of the admission process.
