I have passed B.Tech in Computer Science and now I want to give the exam of Indian Engineering Service so for that I need to get the eligibility criteria so can you provide me that?

Nationality
A citizen of India
A citizen of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have passed bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech) from a recognised university or equivalent.

M.Sc degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communications, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as special subjects also acceptable for certain services / posts only.

Age Limits:
21-30 years on 1st August Age limit of the year of Engineering Services Examination.

Yes definitely Computer Science Engineers are eligible for IES Exam.

IES stands for Indian Engineering Services.

IES exam is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates in different services such as following branches:

Civil engineering,
Mechanical engineering,
Electrical engineering and
Electronics engineering

Qualification:
The applicant should have B.E./B.Tech or passed sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) or

The applicant should have a degree/diploma in engineering from such foreign university/college/institution recognized by the Government of India from time to time.

Age:-
Aspirants aged between 21 and 30 years

Application Fee:
The application fee for ESE 2015 is Rs 200/- in case of General and OBC category candidates.

SC/ST and PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
