Syndicate Bank Personal Loan Rate

I am thinking to apply for the personal loan of the Syndicate Bank but before applying I want to know the Personal Loan Rate of the bank. Can you give me the rates?

The Personal Loan Rates of Syndicate Bank is:
Rate: 12.25% (if salary is credited at Branch)
13.25% for other salaried class, self-employed and pensioners.
Loan Duration: 5 years
EMI (assuming loan of Rs. 1 lakh): Rs. 2,498.72
