Will you please give me the Passing procedure for Company Secretary (CS) Course??

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary Exam. The CS Exam is conducted twice in an year – June and December.

For passing Company Secretary (CS) course, you have to pass the below three stages of this course—

Foundation programme,
Executive programme and
Professional Programme.

Passing Procedure for Company Secretary Exam

Foundation ---
-You should have cleared 10+2 exams.
-Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10+2 awaiting their results.
-Students who have cleared CA-CPT or have cleared CMA Foundation Exams or students who have a Master’s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts are exempt from appearing CS Foundation Exams.
-The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.
Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Executive Programme--
The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretary ship i.e.
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

-Executive Programme can be pursued by a Graduate of all streams except Fine Arts.

Professional Programme—
Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course

Foundation Program:
Foundation Program which is of eight months duration can be pursued by 10+2 pass or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts)

Executive Program:

Professional Program:
Professional Program can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Program of CS Course
