The Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET ) is conducted for admission in full-time Postgraduate Degree Programme in Management that are offered by the IITs. JMET Exam Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent, or a Master’s degree in any discipline can appear for the JMET examination. Students appearing for the final examinations of the above mentioned qualifying degrees can also apply. JMET Test pattern The Joint Management Entrance test is a multiple choice objective type examination with 180 minute duration. The question paper constitutes of 120 questions and is divided into four sessions, Verbal Communication: 30 questions Quantitative Ability: 30 questions Logical Reasoning: 30 questions Data Interpretation: 30 questions There will b negative marking for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks is deducted for each wrong response.
