Eligibility for admission:
B. A./B. Sc/M.Com Degree of the University of Calicut or a degree
recognized as equivalent thereto under 10+ 2+3 pattern, with
minimum 50% marks in Part III or Masters Degree in the same
subject with minimum 50% marks.

Relaxation of 5% marks for OBC and OEC candidates will be allowed
to the minimum required marks.

SC/ST candidates including natives of Lakshadweep and candidates
under Teacher Quota need only a pass in the Qualifying Examination

1) Tuition Fee - Rs. 25,000/-
2) Admission fee - Rs. 1,000/-
3) Fee for Students Welfare Programme - Rs. 200/-
4) Sports Affiliation Fee - Rs. 100/-
5) University Union Fee - Rs. 50/-
6) Athletic Fee - Rs. 60/-
Total Rs.26,410/-

The University of Calicut started the B.Ed. programme in the year of 1982.

It is offered at 11 Centres with optional subjects in
Mathematics,
Physical Science,
Natural Science,
Computer Science,
Social Science,
Commerce,
Arabic,
English,
Urdu,
Tamil,
Malayalam and
Sanskrit

Eligibility for admission:
I i) B. A./B. Sc/M.Com Degree from recognized University with at least 50% marks in Part III or Masters Degree in the same subject

iii) Relaxation of 5% marks for OBC and OEC candidates will be allowed to the minimum required marks.

Selection Criteria:
Selection is made based on the marks obtained by the applicant in the Degree Exam for Part -III.

In the case of Commerce optional the marks of P.G. Examination will be considered.

Registration Fee Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST) (To be remitted through bank chalan infavour of Finance Officer, University of Calicut)

Students Welfare Fund Rs. 200/-
Sports Affiliation Fee Rs. 100/-
University Union Fee Rs. 50/-

PTA membership fee Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 250 for SC/ST)
Total Rs. 1,410/- (Rs. 660 for SC/ST) to be remitted to the College

The candidates should attach self attested copies of:
SSLC
B.A/B.Sc /M.Com Mark list
Qualifying Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate
SC/ST/OEC/LC/SIUC/OBH candidates may submit community certificate issued by competent authority
