Only those applicants can apply on line who have school graduation of the current school year are qualified to take the UST Entrance Test (USTET).

For that you need to make secure clearance from the UST Registrar's Office before submitting their Application and Grades Form:

Passers of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) and the Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFEA&E) are required to be clear by you

Please bring original academic records, certification for passing PEPT/NFEA&E and alien certificate of registration papers or passport, when applicable

Clear photocopy of NSO birth certificate

Two (2) 2” x 2” recent identical pictures with white background and with printed name and signature at the back

Non-refundable application fee.

Foreign students studying abroad - P1,500

Student Visa secured from the Philippine Foreign Service Post in the country of origin or legal residence.

Five (5) copies of the Student’s Personal History Statement (PHS) duly signed by him/her, all in English

Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service

Now the next thing which you required is a notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institutional scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.

Photocopy of data page of the student’s passport showing date and place of birth, and birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post.
