When will AFMC start distributing application forms for MBBS Entrance Examination in 2012? What will be the syllabus of this exam? Provide me list of examination centers for this exam?

sir,presently iam doing my second year intermediate, in march of 2011 iam about to attend my final exams.I applied for AFMC MBBs entrance test.But i also want to apply for B.sc nursing in afmc.so please tell me the procedure step by step, and abut the fee details etc; I would be very thankful for your kind help.
