Papers with Two or More Subjects Involved
Where a paper contains two or more parts (each part may be a separate subject or otherwise) with the total marks of 100 divided between the parts a candidate is required to get the minimum marks in all the parts together. There is no need for the student to maintain a minimum pass mark in each part separately.
Eg:
Paper 2:

Economics and Statistics [100 marks]

Section A: Economics (50 Marks)
Section B: Statistics (50 Marks)

The student is required to get the minimum of 40 marks in the two sections together. There is no minimum for each section

An applicant will declared pass in company sectary foundation course examination, if he/ she get at least 40% marks in each subject and 50% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects put together.

For example applicant who has appeared in all the subjects obtained 60% marks or above in any subject, but failed. Cause applicants need to obtain 40% marks in each remaining subjects and 50% marks in the aggregate of the remaining subjects at one sitting within the next three following examinations.
