Firstly you must know exam pattern and syllabus for GATE Exam.. then you have to make important notes for high weigh age topics of Gate examination and read them regularly …
You should study regular and give at least 6 to 8 hours per day for studies
For better preparation you have to solve previous year papers of Gate Exam. Or you can buy books for the Preparation of gate Exam…
On the holiday you have to give more time for studies …

For the preparation of GATE examination you have to Prepare yourself mentally … You have to take light food , wake up early in morning and do study in silent atmosphere .

How to prepare for GATE while doing Job in TCS?

As you say that you doing Job in TCS and also doing prepare for GATE. It’s very good you can do the preparation for GATE. For this you have to give some time for studies between your job day schedules and start preparation for GATE examination as soon as possible.
