About post facto recognition of distances degree

i have done my degree in bangalore university in distance mode.from 2003 to 2007.were post facto reconition as not taken by distance education council. now post facto is banned itsems. now what about our degrees. now university is saying now it is banned post facto. please tell without post facto reconisation degrees give are not reconised.

i have done my graduation from distance mode from bangalore university from 2002 to 2005. where erstwhile DEC was giving post facto reconisation for degree done from 1995 to 2007.where my university as not taken. now it as banned post facto. than our degrees are not recognised for any central govt jobs are what. please tell.
