Submission of on-line application: 11th October, 2013 to 31st October, 2013
Last date for online submission of application: 31st October, 2013
Last date for receipt of confirmation page in CSBE, CTET unit: 07th November, 2013
Date of Examination: 16th February, 2014, 09.30 to 12.00 Hours (Paper-I); 14.00 to 16.00 Hours (Paper-II)

Fees:
Fees for CTET-FEB 2014 Exam
General/OBC Rs 500/- (Paper-I or Paper-II), Rs 800/- (Paper-I/II); SC/ST/Diff abled Rs 250/- (Paper-I or Paper-II), Rs 400/- (Paper-I/II)

Pattern of Exam (CTET)
CTET Exam Pattern:
Section 1 consists of 30 question – 30 marks
Section 2 language 1 consists of 30 questions – 30 marks
Section 3 language 2 consists of 30 questions – 30 marks
Section 4 mathematics consists of 30 questions – 30 marks
Section 5 enviroment studies consists of 30 questions – 30
Total 150 questions – 150 marks

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2015 exam is going to conduct on February 22, 2015 and scores will release in March 2015.

Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi will be conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII

Important Dates:

Submission of On-line Application: 18th December 2014 to 08th January 2015

Last date for Online Submission of Application: 08th January 2015

Last date for payment of fees through e-Challan or Debit/Credit Card by the Candidate: 10th January 2015 (before 01.00pm)

Final List of Candidates-Check Status & Particulars: 16th January 2015

Period for On-line Correction in Particulars: 16th January 2015 to 23rd January 2015

Date of Exam: 22nd February 2015 (Sunday, Paper II: 09.30 to 12.00 hrs; duration: 02.30 hrs; Paper I: 14.00 to 16.30 hrs; duration: 02.30 hrs)


Educational Requirement:

1. for Class I to V (Primary Stage):
Senior Secondary with 50 per cent marks and Diploma in Elementary Education, OR Senior Secondary with 45 per cent marks and Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE Regulations, OR
Senior Secondary with 50 per cent marks and Bachelors of Elementary Education (Special Education), OR
Graduation degree and Diploma in Elementary Education

2. for Class VI to VIII (Elementary Stage):
Graduation degree and Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
Graduation degree with 50 per cent marks and B.Ed, OR
Graduation degree with 45 per cent marks and B.Ed. in accordance with the NCTE, OR
Senior Secondary with 50 per cent marks and Bachelors in Elementary Education, OR
Senior Secondary with 50 per cent marks and B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed or BA / B.Sc.Ed, OR Graduation degree with 50 per cent marks and B.Ed. (Special Education)

1. Child Development & Pedagogy: 30 questions
2. Language I: 30 questions
3. Language II: 30 questions
4. Mathematics: 30 questions
5. Environmental Studies: 30 questions

2. Paper-II (Classes VI to VIII)
1. Child Development & Pedagogy: 30 questions
2. Language I: 30 questions
3. Language II: 30 questions
4. For Mathematics and Science Teacher (Mathematics and Science): 60 questions
5. For Social Studies / Social Science: 60 questions
6. For any other Teacher (either 4 or 5)
