Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed Master's Degree of this University or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the fields of study notified from time to time by this University. Specific
Educational Qualifications are given in Clause 2.

Or

Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology of this University or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the fields of study with a minimum of 15 Years of R & D Experience in National research laboratories / Public sector undertakings and with minimum of three publications in referred journals / two patents in the last five
years.

Candidates must have secured minimum of 55% percent marks/CGPA of 5.5 on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examination (50 percent marks or CGPA of 5.0 on a 10 point scale, in case of SC/ST candidates).

Documents needed with the application form:
Xerox copies of certificates for proof of qualification, age and community of the applicant duly attested.

Xerox copies of curriculum, mark sheets, certificate from the institution regarding mode of conduct of classes and evaluation, syllabus of courses undertaken, in the case of candidates awarded degree other than the universities listed in Annexure III.

(One more copy should sent directly to “The Director (Academic Courses),
Anna University for obtaining Course Equivalency)

Xerox copy of appointment order / copy of project appointment order

A brief one page write up on the Research topic chosen.

Four self-addressed covers stamped to the value of Rs.10/-(Rupees ten only) each.

Note: ST & SC candidates should produce the original community certificate at the time of admission for claiming any concession.

For session January 2016 admission application filling process is closed now.

For your reference I am here telling you process to fill application form .

Go to the website of Anna University Centre for Research.

When application process will open you get a link apply online for PHD program at home page of website .

You have to do click on that link and proceed to fill application form .

After filling application take print ut of challan and filled in application form .

And make payment of fee,.

Than send application form at Centre for Research of Anna University.
