Thapar University Engineering Admission

I want to take admission in the engineering program of the Thapar University. But I don’t know about the admission procedure of the university. Will you please give me some informative knowledge about it and also give me the application form of the university?

Eligibility:
The candidate should have passed 12th with at least 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

Admission:
The admission will be through AIEEE exam.

Application form:
The candidates may purchase the application form from university counter or the selected branches of AXIS bank.
The candidates may also get it by post. The candidates may also download the application form on to the official website.

Application Fees:
At university counter: Rs/- 1500
By post : Rs/- 1550

Thapar University was established in the year 1956. It is located at Patiala, Punjab, India .It is affiliated to UGC, NAAC .

Eligibiliy Criteria :

Applicants must have passed 10+2 with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST applicants ) in aggregate Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Computer Science.

Applicants must have appeared in JEE (Main) with 20% aggregate marks (15% for SC/ST applicants).
