How to join DRDO after 12th??? What are the minimum criteria required???

No, you cannot join DRDO after 12th as the minimum eligibility required is Graduation and preferably an Engineer.

DRDO or Defence Research & Development Organization is working in various areas of military technology which include aeronautics, armaments, combat vehicles, electronics, instrumentation engineering systems, missiles, materials, naval systems, advanced computing, simulation and life sciences.

Eligibility for DRDO:

The candidate who is applying for the DRDO exam must be a citizen of India

Candidate must have the following criteria for the respected cast:

For SC/ST – Up to 5 years

For OBC – Up to 3 years

For PH candidates – Up to 5 years (10 years for SC/ST and 8 years for OBC)

For Ex-service men there is 3 years extra from the prescribed caste limits.

The education qualification for the DRDO exam is that candidate must have done Engineering/Technology in ECE, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering

Final year candidate can also apply for the DRDO Exam.

DRDO Question paper
It contained 2 parts PART 1 - pure technical 100 ques. and Part 2 50 Ques.
Part 1 was purely technical but I was hard 2 answer part 2 general Knowledge abt 20-25
ques were from maths remaining from general.They collected the question paper back. I

You can not apply for the Defense Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) after completing 12th, because the minimum requirement is that the applicant should hold bachelors degree.

So you should apply for the JEE examination and complete your graduation in one of following branches after that you will be eligible for the DRDO written test:

Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Computer science/Information Technology Engineering
