Eligible for the civil exam?

I have done my graduation i.e B.tech in computer science in 2012 am i eligible for the civil exam now and in 2015.i am doing my pgdm now.but i want to write my civils on the basis of my graduation.Please do let me know about it.

The Union Public Service Commission is conducting Civil Services Examination for recruitment to various services and posts. The exam is scheduled on August 24.

You are asking for the eligibility required for this exam. This is as follows:

Nationality:

The candidates should be the citizens of India for the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service.

Age limit:

The candidates should not age less than 21 years and not more than 32 years as on August 1, 2014.

In case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST category, the upper age limit is relatable up to five years.

In case of OBC candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable up to three years

Educational qualification:

The candidates should possess a degree of any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament

Number of attempts:

The candidates can apply to a maximum of six times.

The candidates belonging to OBC category can apply for a total of nine times.

This restriction on the number of attempts will not apply in case of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe candidates.
