How much percentage required in 10th class for taking admission in science stream?

The minimum Percentage required to get admission depends on the School in which you applying. But generally 75 to 80 % would be considered good marks for admission into science stream in top CBSE School

As you have completed 10th class , and now interested in taking science stream in 11th class. For admission in class 11th there is no cutoff marks is accurate.They may vary but if you have got more than 75 or 80% in class 10th board then you will get science stream guaranteed. Try to get above 60% aggregate in all subject in class 12th as well as PCM to take through various colleges across India.

if iam getting less marks in maths and more marks in other subject including science above 66% would i get science stream in 11th in cbse

No you cant get admission if your CGPA is below 60%.
