The top Software Companies generally require above 60% scores. But it doesn’t mean that you cannot get a job.
You can apply for some small IT companies, get work experience for 2 to 3 years and then apply for Top IT Companies.

If you are not good at programming then you can also go for a Specialization diploma in particular Language like:

Core JAVA / Advanced JAVA
DOT net
Oracle
Then you can get jobs in top companies.

Apart from IT companies you may apply for job in government sector jobsYou may try to get into banking sector and other government companies. Following are the examination/examination in which you may apply for job:

IBPS CWE P.O/Clerk/Specialist Officer
UPSC IAS/IPS
SSC Graduate level/HSC level
LIC
RBI
RRB
Food Corporation of India
OICL (Oriental Corporation Private Limited)
Railway
Defence
DRDO

If you can afford to study further, You can also go for M.Tech or MBA, score good in these courses and then apply for job in a good Company.

I think you can't get job in IT companies because the top IT companies always require more than 60% marks in graduation.
Anyhow, you can try some different companies, may be you can get better opportunity in any company.
