There is no such fix criteria for getting job in a good company. Some companies conduct there own test and on the basis of that we recruit the candidates.

But most of companies ask for 60% marks in your engineering. Generally for software or it companies you have to score a minimum percentage of marks and that minimum percentage is generally between 70% to 80% and above. For your reference here I am giving you the list of some good companies:
