Hello, The Institute of Education commonly referred as (IOE), is a public research university located in London, UK. It is specialized in postgraduate study and research in the field of education, and a constituent college of the University of London. The Institute of Education is generally recognized as one of the best institutions focusing on educational research and offering teacher training and Education studies. IT Services:- Its IT Services teams serve both staff and students. The first point of contact about computing services and for reporting faults and problems is its Helpdesk which provides a service 24 hours, 7 days a week. Its IT services provide core technical services such as:- Networking, e-mail, Directories, Storage, Application management and software support. In addition it provides IT training, e-learning support, telephony and media services.
