I want to take the admission to NITIE what is the process.. Is there any seat for sponsored candidates or management seats..

Every candidate has to qualify through GATE "2010/2011". This will be followed by Group Discussion and Interview of the short listed candidates to be held at NITIE, Mumbai. Candidates need to submit a photocopy of GATE score card / printout of GATE score from website.

Interested candidates can apply to NITIE through ONLINE mode: Candidates can fill theapplication form ONLINE. Application fee of Rs 1000/- and applicable bank charges can be paid in the form ofchallan (downloadable from NITIE website) in any branch of State Bank of India.

Few seats are available to Industry Sponsored Candidates in NITIE. The candidates applying under the Industry Sponsored Category should also fill-in the Sponsorship Form. CAT is not required.

PGDIM – Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management
PGDISEM – Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management

Eligibility:
The candidate must Engineering /Technology graduates in any branch with first class (relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST/PD candidates) and with valid CAT scores (Common Admission Test).

Important dates (tentative):
Issue of Brochure and Online Application begins: 21st February, 2011 onwards
Last date for receipt of completed application: 5Th April, 2011
GD & PI for PGDIE at NITIE on 11, 12 & 13 May, 2011

Application forms:
Application forms will be available on the official website and the candidate must download the application form from their. And send to the official address with the entire document.

Application Procedure:
Application Fee of 1000/- (500/- in case of SC/ST/PD candidates) and applicable bank charges can be paid in the form of challan (downloadable from NITIE website) in any branch of State Bank of India.

Admission procedure:
Admission is based on Group Discussion and Personal Interview also on CAT score. As per the Govt, of India rules, reservation of seats exists for SC/ST/OBC and PD candidates.

Yes there are some seats which are reserved for sponsored candidates. A total no of 127 seats are available. Reservation of SC/ST/OBC belonging to non-creamy layer and Physically Disabled candidates is according to Government regulation.

I want to take admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) at National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), so please give me its course and fee detail??
